Just know you aren’t winning an actual tissue culture. Description isn’t accurate. You have to have been a buyer to get a TC, otherwise it’s just a coupon. Not what the description said at all. I want to start off with this is not a complaint by any means I’m just being transparent - Received stickers, a positive affirmation card and coupon for a free plant - givey was for a free mystery tc so I’m slightly disappointed as I love the mystery aspect esp when I get a mystery that is a plant I never knew I needed and or a duplicate I can gift - anyways at the end of the day I do get to pick out a free plant next time I get to catch the sellers show so thank you! Please don’t think I’m ungrateful I just didn’t get what what listed. I still highly recommend seller as packaging was great and shipping was fast and it was a givey not a purchased plant so although there was a discrepancy between the listed givey and what was received I’m still 100% happy also I love the included affirmation card - I will def be passing that along to someone having a rough day - probably one of my employees at work 😊 so a huge thank you on that - excellent idea that spreads some happiness!! The corms were much much smaller than what I was expecting I personally would have pulled those corms due to their size. I hope they are still able to grow Overall the order was good. I wish the packaging was done with a bit more thought as such a large box with the corm cups I’m sure they were thrown around.
3 corms arrived melted or having issues however the others were in good shape.
Show was a bit strange as it seemed after awhile it was a recording that looped instead of an actual live seller. There was no audio which probably should have been the key indicator. 12 of 27 corms and rhizomes were rotted beyond viability. When contacted about this issue seller immediately responded with I “chose not to add heat protection” and that I could contact Whatnot for their buyer protection.
Even after I explained to her that the containers were “cool and moist”, she again instructed me to contact Whatnot.
Every corm and rhizome I documented with her was rotted mush. These items could not have gotten this far into decay after being shipped priority and only took a couple of days to get here.
As I was finishing my communication with her, which I attempted to do first, she blocked me.
Buyer beware.
Side note: ALL of the 5 “high value” corms I won were mush.
This one star review comes because she sent a totally ruined product and refused to communicate why.

Packaging was good enough. No issue.
Product was horrible and communication was nonexistent on this nearly $200 order. 7 of the 11 items were in okay condition. I did not expect that the stem cutting would be just 1/2 inch thick. The TCs came in great condition. The 4 items that were bad were either missing or rotted with mold or something on them. The 1 that might be viable came from. a stem as thick as my finger with the node cutting itself about 1/2 inch thick. It looks like it may have started molding. I will know next time to buy only if products are shown on live. Was supposed to be a mystery tissue culture but gave me a coupon instead… Was not packed well there was 0 packing material in the box. Just a box of loose containers of corms. Some of which were missing in the containers and melted. Contacted seller via pm and they blamed me for not buying heat protection for my box but was not offered it to begin with... each container was soaked with water so I'm not surprised they melted they were completely soggy by the time they arrived. Her show was muted the entire time so no one heard her if she did offer heat protection! Was supposed to receive two tissue cultures but didn’t receive them . Only stickers .. Quick shipping and everything arrived healthy :) Shipping was fast! Now we wait for new leaves as we are acclimating to the new environment, wish us luck! 🍀 It got stuck in transit and the bulbs did die off but the plant otherwise was still healthy! Replanted and she is doing really well. Plants in good shape can’t wait to watch them grow thank you!
Package arrived with only one of two TC’s. No response from seller. Order was delivered on time and packaged fine but I’m missing one of the items. Culture was broken and unusable. I appreciate that it was free tc but was disappointed with it's condition. TC's looked great when they arrived!
