Their CDs are always exactly as described, in excellent condition, and they truly care about quality. Every order arrives securely packed in sturdy boxes with great attention to detail, so everything is protected during shipping. Their customer service is outstanding—they’re friendly, honest, and always make every purchase a great experience. If you’re looking for quality music CDs and sellers you can trust, Steve and Kim are the best. Highly recommended! My cd was delivered with great care and extra precautions, but when I finally saw the cd it's self I was less than impressed. I saw crumbs inside the cd case itself, scratches on the cd, and very large liquid drop stains. The front photo / song booklet inside the cd was also warped and faded. It was listed as great condition, but that was very evidently untrue. Amazing shipment thank you so much for the order arriving on time! Very kind seller, great selection! Keep physical media alive!! pretty expensive for shipping and the paper has a couple of scratches Sorry to hear it was not the best experience. The shipping is determined by the platform, so I have no control there.
