I contacted the seller as many ask for this and was kind and courteous, she was defensive but I asked current sellers for help on the processes and read up myself because she said she was new and I don't like to hurt peoples feelings. I used the whatnot report function and they refunded me and said not to return. She messaged me three times about me returning and I said I am going to try to fix the garment at dry cleaners and seamstress and advised about checking with whatnot about payment. Shes accused me of doing it for free items and said it wasn't fair and she wanted to keep. Seemed to be more of a deal because it was from her personal wardrobe. Talked about ethics and sharing with the y2k seller community but all I did was go out my way to message before submitting an issue and was treated with hostility. Shame really because she had curated nice clothes. Baffled tbhSurprised to read your review - you received a free order!
Whilst your language of hostility is a bold, what happened is as followed: you were not happy with your item, you received a refund, but refused to return your item because you liked the top.
I sent 2 messages, one to initiate refund, a second to explain how I would pay you for postage over whatnot😅
Ethics is true, I advise sellers to be cautious.
