My concern was specifically with combining the Surprise Set with the “win and choose” mechanic.
If there are multiple extremely high-value items but all of them are grouped behind a single outcome in the initial random pool, those high-value items don’t each have the same opportunity to be hit as they would if they were individual outcomes. A buyer first has to hit the one “win and choose” outcome before gaining access to that entire group of high-value items.
Whatnot’s policies specifically address games where an outcome activates entry into another game or chance-based mechanism, including what they call “cascading” Surprise Sets or pull games. That is why I questioned whether this setup was compliant.
You banned me after I raised the issue, which is obviously your choice as the seller. However, banning me doesn’t resolvYou called me a fraud in my stream- thats intentional. I do not use cascading prizes or second chances or activating other games within games. You know that is untrue. I am transparent about the pulls. No more abusing review opportunities to continue to talk to me. I have you blocked because I no longer wish to sell to you or interact with you. Lets move on. Fraudulent. Setup a double chance auction where if you won anything but the lowest value items it was only a chance to pick from a higher lot. This creates a double chance auction, which is in violation of Whatnot policies.

Every auction is conducted according to the platform’s rules, and winners receive the exact item they bid on.
