👍👍 One of the worst buying experiences I’ve had on Whatnot. I purchased a QCR Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon valued at around $80 and paid $55.21 after shipping and taxes. The card arrived bent with a visible crease because it was shipped in a flimsy envelope with only a sleeve and a single toploader. In my opinion, the seller cut corners on shipping by using minimal packaging for a card of this value. Better protection, such as rigid cardboard, extra top holders or card protective envelopes, could have significantly reduced the risk of damage. The seller repeatedly claimed he was “taking responsibility,” yet offered no replacement or refund. He even had the nerve to say he denied my request “out of principle” while implying I was trying to scam him for reporting the damage. He admitted he’ll package cards better in the future but refused to make this transaction right. Seller has no character. Buyers deserve better!soulless_exiistenceSeller
I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have the experience that you intended to have. Like I said in our private messages, if WhatNot customer support determines that you are entitled to a refund then you will 100% receive your refund and also get to keep what you bought. There is two sides to every story, and also insulting the seller doesn't help your case. Hopefully this resolves itself in the future. Thank you for your purchase.
