1) I believe at times sellers make honest mistakes so I leave it up to them to correct it when I reach out.
2) Packing safely is a priority
3) After reviewing other people’s ratings it’s hard to think there are this many “mistakes” and wonder if he should be selling on WN.
My items came in a bubble mailer / jewelry in a bubble mailer is just silly as 2 out of my 4 items had damage. I only reached out to the seller for the one piece that was completely damaged. I didn’t even mention the dent on the other one.
Was sold as “gold” no where is it gold only marked gold filled on the backs.
Reached out to the seller and he at first acted like he rectify it, but then completely ghosted me. So I’m out of money and have a product I can’t use. This is a horrible horrible thing for a seller to do especially when being given the opportunity to make it right.

Great host. thanks the items were great thank you Normally I have no issues with my orders here. However, this time I had a few issues with multiple pieces. Just as a courtesy, I reached out to let the seller know, only to have him tell me everything is sold “as is” or preowned. And he would not be refunding me for more than one item. So pick one and that’s it. While I understand everything is preowned, defects and blemishes still need to be pointed out in the stream, so all buyers know exactly what they are getting. Not just surprised when the item arrives. Luckily whatnot took care of the issue. Just disappointed with his attitude towards the situation. Very beautiful! Thanks so much 🌼 Baby!!!
