Unfortunately, this was the worst seller I have encountered on this app and I have seen A LOT of different sellers! I had high hopes for the clothes I purchased. Upon receiving my items, I immediately noticed a flaw in a pair of pants and politely requested a refund along with pictures sent for proof. I would have been a very happy customer with just my $5 refund and a nice apology saying it was an honest mistake....Nope!! What she did was refund me along with a VERY defensive message and no apology! She proceeded to say that I was accusing her of "knowingly selling flawed items" followed by a lot of excuses and an explanation of her "integrity"! I never accused anyone. I just told her the flaw was not mentioned during the live. Buyer beware!!!
