I am not happy with my purchases at all. first of all I asked right away during the live if I could swap out the 2 necklaces that I bought for the one that she ran cheaper but was better quality and was told that I could and I even sent a message to remind them and they assured me they would do that and yet I got sent to very cheap necklaces. the ring that I bought fell apart immediately trying it on. which is also unfortunate because it was pretty. I reached out and they said they would try to do a refund when I explained that hasn't worked for me after having to do a bunch of refunds on seller I got scammed by. instead of making things right and sending what they should have in the first place and a replacement ring I've just been blown off. not trying to be mean at all but it is very cheap jewelry and I personally think Walmart has better quality than this. wont be purchasing from her again.
