I am unsure why I was blocked by this seller, as I have been a repeat customer and have purchased many prints from them. The only issue I have ever experienced was an order in which a gang sheet was missing. In that instance, I requested a refund only for the item that was not received, which I believe was a reasonable request. Despite that issue, I continued to support the seller and made additional purchases afterward.
Because of my positive purchase history and continued business, being blocked came as a surprise. I have generally had good experiences with their products and had no intention of causing any problems. I simply wanted to receive the item I paid for or be refunded for the missing product.
