Also, you don’t need to be rude in your messages, especially when you’re in the wrong and extremely late in sending people’s orders. You need to remember you have people’s money and they’re on their supporting you so your job is to give them a great product in a timely manner and make them happy. Definitely not get snotty with them in messages and tell them you don’t even have a box to send their order in and send it three weeks later.
