I received my order today, and unfortunately, several pieces arrived broken due to insufficient packaging.
I understand that shipping carriers can handle boxes roughly, but fragile vintage and antique items need to be packed much more carefully. Unfortunately, the packaging did not provide enough protection for these delicate pieces.
This is very disappointing because many of these items are unique and cannot simply be replaced.
I wanted to let you know because I truly enjoy buying on Whatnot, and I hope you’ll take extra care when packing fragile items in the future. Better packaging protects both your customers and your reputation as a seller.
