I would just like to gently say I reached out to this person immediately upon the review being posted. They did not reach out to me privately first. I apologized for any confusion and they stated they did not even remember what their purchase was. The video receipt proved they got exactly what they ordered. They never responded to me after I showed the proof. It is very disheartening that the review here still stands but I wanted this to be clear if anyone does see this that I did not rob anyone and this review is false. Great seller!
