One was the delayed shipping, but that's mainly on postal. I do wish there was a little more packaging inside like bubble wrap to ensure the safety of the pearls and jewlery. A few of the pearls looked to have some chipping and a little discoloration from their journey. It's not major, but some extra protection may help with that. Overall, lovely seller and great experience in her show. I will definitely come back again! Everything was perfect.
