Reviews (247)I ordered four dumplings and he advertised it as they were all gonna be the same. They were not the same. I got one that I was supposed to be buying and the other three are much cheaper looking dumplings, and one of my dumplings came covered in hair and dirt. i’m very much not satisfied with my purchase. He did not give me the same kind of dumplings that was advertised and they came dirty. Very disgusting would not recommend.Please reach out to us, this does not sound right. We are always happy to help whether it’s a full refund or a cancellation, customer always comes first if you just reach out to us before leaving a review. Sometimes mistakes happen during packing and what might’ve happened here is our packing team mixed up a sample dumpling with new dumpling.
