I contacted the seller to request a cancellation after discovering that my 15-year-old autistic goddaughter had accessed my spare phone during the night and placed bids without understanding that she was making purchases. Instead of asking questions or showing any understanding, the seller immediately assumed the worst and responded with rude and judgmental comments about my parenting situation.
I was also told the item had already shipped, despite it being Memorial Day when the post office was closed. Before I had the opportunity to explain the situation further, the seller blocked me.
To make matters worse, when my order arrived, three pieces were missing.
Everyone has the right to enforce their shop policies, but there is a respectful way to communicate with customers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.I’m sorry that you think 3 pieces were missing. I clearly watched the video and everybody received the pieces they ordered. Please inform me what three pieces were missing? Everyone else that received their orders was correct. In my notes it clearly says that no cancellations or returns. My show are at 3 AM in the morning. I am sorry that it was not you ordering at 3am and asking for multiple items. I’m also sorry that you were not happy with your purchases.
