Shipping was shipped the next buisness day, once its dropped off at the post office its out of our hands if there is a delay. Packaging, it was shipped in a box not a bag so not sure how we could of shipped different?. Accuracy, putty is mostly harder when you first open it until its played with. It was bran new and sealed. Our boys have opened 5 of the puttys and they were all harder until you play with it and then it becomes super soft. Accuracy? putty is putty? I apologize for that. I really wish they would of originally come in a closed package instead of just the netting type package that allowed things to touch the ball. They really are great.
