I'm so sorry to hear this, but I wish you would've reached out to me. It says your order was delivered. After an item is shipped it's in the hands of the usps. Your purchase page shows you can see that I shipped it. (In case you weren't aware.) I really hope in the future you reconsider doing a review like this on other people's pages and reach out to the seller first. I'm not a huge seller where reviews don't matter as much. I'm a small seller where 1 bad review can impact my score greatly and that can affect future sales. I would have made it right.The couple dollars isn't worth a bad review
