Seller shipped fast and the item came exactly as described The printer arrived quickly and in good condition. The only problem is The cord that plugs into the back of the printer has such a loose fit that it keeps falling out. I contacted the seller and he said because its brand new I should contact the manufacturer or he would accept a return. luckily the printer is still under warranty so I should be able to get a new one.
