The device was shown clearly on our live before dispatch, including the condition and the small crack mentioned. Unfortunately, we have received multiple reports recently of Royal Mail parcels being mishandled during delivery, including packages being thrown or arriving damaged. Once a parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, the way it is physically handled during transit is outside our control. We securely package our devices to minimise this risk. thanks for the givvy, all packaged well packaged extremely well, everything as described very happy shipping took long and the settings on the laptop wont allow me to factory resetThe shipping delay was due to the long weekend and Bank Holiday, during which Royal Mail was not operating. Unfortunately, their non-working days are completely outside our control. Secondly, the laptop was already factory reset and activated before it was dispatched to you. Therefore, we’re genuinely unsure what issue you are experiencing regarding a factory reset.
