He messed up on my giveaway but he made things right stash is a great seller I highly recommend accidents happen I would buy from again overall not happy with one of my purchases there's no way they dont know damage cards to sell a damage card at mint or better is sad I live a busy life and dont got time to be sending cards back that never should've went out is crazy work it's much easier to take my money where it's appreciated We are truly sorry you were unhappy with the condition of the card. We would never knowingly misrepresent or send out a damaged card. As soon as you contacted us, we offered a full refund, including shipping, upon return of the card. After nearly two weeks of trying to get a response, we left a negative review. Management then contacted us, said they reviewed the video and confirmed a real card should’ve been sent and offered to send a card of similar value—but only if my son deleted the negative review.
He deleted the review in good faith. They then BLOCKED him and never sent the replacement.
So, based on our experience:
1. A counterfeit card was sent
2. Management conditioned making it right on deleting a negative review. Who knows how many other negative reviews may have been removed this way?
3. They did not follow through after the review was deleted.
4. This raises serious concerns about how this channel operates and whether it’s worth the risk to buy from thrm

We addressed that the card was counterfeit when putting the giveaway live, everyone was good. The stream you won the giveaway in was on June 22—over three months ago. Waiting more than three months and then presenting this situation like it just happened is extremely misleading. You received the card through a FREE GIVEAWAY—you did not purchase it. We still communicated with you and attempted to address your concerns. Now you’re publicly accusing us of knowingly sending counterfeit cards and questioning the legitimacy of our entire channel Won a Joe Burrow zebra ssp and seller sent 2 base cards,I get it s a Giveaway,But falsely advertised cards just to get views should be against whatnot Policies.I had Won a $140 Card at time of Win.But instead was shipped to bent base cards.Screen recordings of what I Won will be posted to Instagram and all other platforms to my over 250k followers.If you can't trust a Seller with something they give away for Free,You should then never trust buying from them,This Seller needs Canceled Immediately.Buyer Beware,Let's get this Fraudster Exposed and off Whatnot.
