My order was missing one of my items + my buyers givvy, seller told me I could buy from her again and she would ship it but wouldn’t ship without me buying again even though was her mistake. Did nothing to make it right. Seller was very rude doing the live when items sold less then she wanted for them. Very rude, and bad customer service. I’m sorry you feel this way. I did offer you a refund and was willing to make the situation right, but I never received a response from you to move forward with the resolution. I also want to clarify that I was not rude during the live, nor was I upset about items selling for less than I expected. I start my items at $5, and that is part of the gamble of doing live auctions—sometimes items sell for more and sometimes they sell for less. I accept that as part of the process.
