Great packaging and quick shipping The items shown on screen were not the exact items I received. I can provide screenshots comparing the items shown during the live to what was actually sent to me. More concerning, 4+ of the Little People figures had visible mold/mildew, both on the outside and, in some cases, inside the figures. The condition was similar to what you might see with a bath toy that has retained moisture and cannot properly dry. Some of the figures also had sticky residue and hair stuck to them.I understand that when purchasing used items, there will be normal wear and imperfections. However, receiving children's toys with visible mold/mildew is a completely different issue and raises legitimate health and safety concerns. We tried to direct you to a refund on the two figures you were concerned about. Instead you chose to great condition! fast delivery Works as stated when I bought it. In good condition. USPS accepted the package on July 9, approximately two weeks after purchase. This was not a USPS delay. Two purchased items were missing, and the seller confirmed they had been added to my next shipment. Unfortunately, they were never received. Communication was often delayed, and the shipping confirmation was a photo of a computer screen rather than a shipping receipt. The seller was always kind, so I gave every benefit of the doubt, but after more than 8 weeks trying to resolve missing items across multiple purchases, I’m disappointed. I was genuinely looking forward to the items I purchased, and this experience has been very frustrating. Order placed July 10. USPS accepted the package July 27 and delivered it July 31. This was not a USPS delay. The seller did not ship the order for 17 days. Three purchased items totaling about $49 were missing. In good faith, I waited more than 8 weeks while trying to resolve missing items from three different purchases. The seller repeatedly stated the items would be located and sent in future shipments, but they were never received. Great items for great price!
