Seller promised items on two different occasions and never sent them. I had to contact customer service for refund, I was outside the buyer guarantee window because seller kept promising to send. Sellers last contact was she was sending items and giving me a coupon to use in future show, non of which have happened! When contacted by customer service seller told them she could not locate items so they agreed to give me a refund. I’m so sorry that your package was missing two items! I am human, and mistakes do happen. I wish you would have mentioned that you wanted a refund. I would have gladly processed one for you for the mistake. Before you left a review you are always given the option to contact whatnot, or the seller. I will be contacting whatnot to let them know about the missing two items, and get you over a refund for those items. The shipping label was printed on 3/16. By 3/28, my order still had not arrived, or even updated. I reached out, seller provided a picture of the box and said they were certain it would update by Monday. 🙄 Conveniently, USPS received my order on 3/30, and reached me by 4/3. I am disappointed that the seller wasn't honest that they screwed up, and didn't just apologize for the error. THE AUDACITY. This was almost a $100 order. Buyers deserve better treatment than this. Definitely watch your tracking with this seller.I am SO sorry that your order took longer then expected. Unfortunately I can’t help the amount of time it takes once the postal system has the package. I gave you updated and current tracking information for your package, and kept you updated as it moved.
