I knew I was getting a doll with some marks and her hair had been straightened, but I feel like it could've been better explained. The shipping box was also pretty dented in when the doll did finally arrive. It was delayed in shipping a bit, but that's more the post offices fault. Thankfully the doll looked mostly okay even with the damaged shipping box. I hope for a little more safer packaging next time like bubble rap instead of just paper, a plastic bag, and the box. I think the biggest thing is just asking for more close ups and having the seller slow down a little to make sure you see everything. Overall, I think I can work with her, I'll just need to put a bit of effort into her. I'd be willing to order from them again in the future for a good deal and after through questioning.I’m so sorry the doll you purchased was not not up to your expectations, I would gladly refund you the $20 you paid for the ag tlc doll. I believe the doll was accurately described in the video, I clearly stated she was tlc, and literally the worst doll. As for packing, she was packaged well, in paper and plastic, more paper in a box, then wrapped again in proper postage paper and labeled fragile. Once the packaged was entrusted to the USPS, I have no control, This review is totally unwarranted in my opinion. I will gladly refund the $20 to paid for this ag doll, once you ship it back. There was obvious care with the dolls. They were clean well dressed. Their limbs were pretty tight as described. The only minor issue was just that one of the dolls had a marking on her face that wasn’t mentioned or able to be seen during the live, she also has some chipping on her eyelid but honestly as a collector it does not bother me. I would say though for those that care if there is some form of defect/shine/Mark,something like that - if you care about that, just make sure you ask the seller! ^_^ very happy with my purchase ! package came fast and well packaged with care 🫶💞 Excellent seller.
