Plate arrived smaller than described with a chip on the back that was not pictured. I like the plate. Just isn’t what I expected.
It took 10 days to receive my order because the seller waited five days from the date of purchase to take the package to the USPS. I messaged her about it and she said she was taking it the next day. It still wasn’t taken for two more days. The plates were not wrapped with enough packaging material inside the box and were shaking around when I picked it up. The bottom plate has a substantial chip and the top plate has a flea bite chip on the edge. I am not pleased about this considering the price I paid for these two plates and the extreme delay. Thank you for your feedback, Susan. I’m sorry you were disappointed. The package did ship the day I told you it would after we spoke. I also take great pride in packaging my items, so I’m sorry it wasn’t to your satisfaction. Small flea bites and age-related wear are common with genuine vintage pieces, which is why I don’t list them as being in excellent condition. While my sales are generally final, I’d be happy to accept a return for a full refund of the plates if that helps. Always love my purchases from this amazing seller! Perfect items, as always!
