When I brought it up to the seller they tried denying the fact it was damaged. Thankfully whatnot buyer protection is in place. Be wary of anything listed as “New”. Be sure to do your due diligence and have it double checked by a reputable jeweler. The stones are real natural diamond so at least that was true as advertised. The Rings where brand new as advertised and where shown indepth photos. This buyer required verification from the store the diamonds and rings where real before purchse. There were no imperfections or cracks in the ring as verified buy secondary jewelers before it was even shipped. The cracks occurred when the buyer tried resized the rings to fit. His jeweler obviously damaged the new rings. in return the buyer tried to blame me for damage they did to the rings 10 days after thy got thewhatnot buyer protection did not contact me this at all because the rings where damaged by the buyers.
