Reviews (15)This seller took almost a week to ship my Pop. After I finally made the purchase, he messaged me saying it was damaged and asked me to cancel the order. When I asked if he could swap it out for another one, he basically told me to be glad he contacted me before shipping it.
Honestly, items should be checked for damage before they’re listed and sold. That’s not a great way to handle a sale or treat a buyer’s time. Hopefully the seller improves his process and learns to check items beforehand and ship orders in a more reasonable timeframe.Your pop was ordered on a weekend, and I messaged every day once I discovered the damage waiting to hear back from you before sending a damaged pop. I told you that if you'd like you can cancel the order, but you wanted to swap it out for something else. So I gave you a more expensive pop at no additional charge to your $5 order and I hope you really enjoy it! Thanks for the purchase. The packaging was well handled and all the pops look so sick!
