Unfortunately, half my order (which was shipped in 2 separate orders) arrived damaged due to careless packaging, a cowboy hat (with a delicate feather hat band) was thrown into a box with 2 very heavy pictures frames (which somehow arrived completely undamaged, by the grace of some bubble wrap…) with a very dainty delicate necklace which was put into a Polly mailer all inside one huge box with no other padding, cushions or anything… so the hat was ruined and the necklace was tangled beyond belief.. not one bit of the feather hat band was save-able unfortunately, proper shipping would’ve been greatly appreciated but it is what it is. With the size of this box… everything could’ve been shipped together and arrived safely and intact, unfortunately for me that wasn’t the case. Whatnot did refund me for the damaged items.
