Shipping was fast. Quality of the plants superb. Wrapping them in tissue and a sticker with all that dirt, not so good. shipping bare root would be my suggestion. Everything was perfectly packaged! Even after a buyer mistake of the plants being shipped to the wrong address and returned and reshipped (thank you whatnot and the vendor) everything is thriving and ready to plant Very happy with communication about my order shipping late due to family emergency. Beautiful plants, great prices, and thoughtful packaging! Had a small issue with one plant breaking and drying out during shipping (carrier issue, not packaging) and I was given some great advice on how to help it bounce back. It seems to be doing okay now! Thank you! The mail person put them in the mailbox and usually they bring them right up to the front door. I realize that is not the sellers fault-things happen but just thought I’d explain why I didn’t realize they were here.
