She never issued me a refund. if this matter isn't treated fairly, I will unfollow and not shop with her again. Great items, very pretty neclace. I received 1 of the 2 items I ordered. The pin was damaged by USPS during shipping. And the other item was sent out to a different buyer. I asked for a refund for both. She wanted me to wait for her refund from USPS before issuing me a refund. The other item, she declined my refund request. I had to engage Whatnot Customer Support for my refund request. I would NOT recommend her. Buyer beware!!! amazing! loved everything! tysm 💓 it's not what I expected. From the video it looked a little more impressive. Glad I didnt spend any more on it. She believes that because it's her own personal collection from the past 30 years, that it has acquired some value. The only value is a sentimental one, and to be honest, I don't know how true that would be, because if that were the case it would have been kept clean! Multiple pieces arrived with significant tarnishing, discoloration, scratches, finish wear, and deterioration that was not adequately disclosed or represented during the sale. The condition was substantially worse than I expected based on how the jewelry was presented. I contacted the seller seeking a resolution and ultimately had to escalate the matter. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this experience. Beautiful vintage cameo bangle bracelet! I love all my items i recieved, the lizard is so cute 😍 The seller made it sound like this was a very expensive item and raised the bid quite high. This is actually a piece of costume junk. Very unhappy with this purchase. Not to mention the seller took back the only piece she sold me that was actually worth anything.
