The seller was also rude to a viewer who asked a simple question in her live and this was my first experience with the seller. I would have submitted a cancellation however they do not allow them. I can understand not accepting cancellations however, treating others disrespectfully is not to be tolerated or taken lightly and I will not be a returning customer due to this; as well as not responding to my concerns regarding this purchase. We should all be treated with respect and kindness & due to witnessing the interaction in the live and the sellers unwillingness to respond I find them highly unprofessional. 🙃 This is all new to me!
