Reviews (26,651)Veey slow shipping. Label scans, but doesn't get delivered to P.O. for days upon days. I've shopped this seller multiple times and just put up with the slow shipping. Unfortunately my purchases on 05/18 changed that for me. 9 bids won. 8 out of 9 items were incorrect(not what I bid on), & the 9th item was missing. Kindly let seller know the situation and they wanted me to pay for a shipping label in their BIN., then told me to just go to WN support. WN said seller did not responded so they said to return items for refund. I'm just done at thia point. Too much of a headache. Sorry. This was my first purchase with these sellers. Was excited about the price but I received the wrong item. Hopefully they can fix it. Horrible customer service. Sent SIX wrong items in huge order; I sent the correct ones back via whatnot’s help, seller told me they sent my correct items to me but after over a week with no update on tracking I asked for proof and they send me the old tracking from original order when the incorrect items were sent to me. They have no idea what they’re doing. I had done a few orders prior to this without issue but this experience ruined everything moving forward, especially the horrible customer service after they sent wrong items and admitted that A LOT of orders had been sent out incorrect on their part. Two weeks of back and forth with them and it’s like they don’t even understand what I’m asking. Thankful whatnot quickly decided to go ahead and refund me this morning after I told them what was happening. Unfortunately I won’t trust this seller again which sucks as they have good stuff and the person who hosts the show(only) is nice. Thank you so much for the free giveaway Squishy Dumpling!
