When reached out they sent information from a different order and seller claimed post office worker stole product. Seller was not responsive on finding the order. Clearly seller packaged order took photos and acted like they sent the card and kept it.I’m sorry that your package was unfortunately lost. I did package and send your card, and I’ve shipped other high-value cards that have safely made it to their new owners without issue. I understand your frustration and truly apologize for the situation. Arrived fast and packaged very nicely! Great guy to do business with!
