Glad you loved them, thanks for the support 💕 I ordered 2 plants on July 1st, my package did not arrive until the next Friday. I ordered 2 plants and only received 1, and it was very dead.
My sister and I was both watching this person and buying at the same time, she received her package that Monday and all of her plants were packaged and wrapped perfectly.
But mine was not. It was wrapped in brown paper and just thrown into the box with a few packing peanuts.
Thanks for the review. I see your order was sent ground which can cause stress to some plants. Your sisters was likely priority label which usps will move quicker. As for only receiving one of the two I’m not sure how as I have a strict process for preparing each order. I see in the photo you messaged me that it was packaged how I pack each order with the brown paper individually wrapped. Larger items do get a different paper but they’re all wrapped similarly. Sorry you were not satisfied with our shop. I wish you would’ve waited for my message response before reviewing so I could replace it Can’t wait to see this plants growth journey.
