Your order shipped the day after purchase via USPS Priority Mail but wasn't delivered until five days later. I was never contacted or sent photos before this review, so I wasn't given the opportunity to help. None of the plants ordered had roots, so nothing could have broken from the roots. The brown leaves appear to be on the Ionantha clump, where the mother plant naturally dies back as it produces healthy pups.
