Really sorry to hear you’re upset. I have re watched the video and we clearly stated it was pre owned we never once stated it was brand new.
On top of that this item was ran £1NR and you paid way less then what we would typically sell it for. If you had messaged us we would have asked you to return it and would have offered a full refund.
That’s fine that you will never buy of us again but please ensure you listen carefully next time if you are to buy off us or any other sellers.
