You messaged me on 5/16 @ 1:58am saying that the shipping said it was delivered but it wasn’t. I responded back to you on 5/16(same day) @ 5:39am asking if you had checked the mailbox considering that’s where they said it was left. You didn’t respond. I then messaged you again at 8am & told you that since it was just a giveaway, I wasn’t able to file a claim or anything for a refund because you didn’t actually buy anything, which you still didn’t respond. I would’ve been happy to send you something else if you would’ve responded back to my messages. We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Order a pitching wedge and got a different club, still a pitching wedge but different brand. Not a big deal just would’ve rather got the club that I saw.

Hey Mason. I looked back on the video receipt and it looks like the shaft was intact when we shipped it. It seems like it probably happened in transit. You could try to file a claim with USPS for a damaged item! It won’t allow me to file anything now that it’s been delivered to you. I’m sorry about this :( I won a “sleeve” of pro v1xs in a giveaway and was given a sampler pack of one prov1x and one AVX. Such a ripoff.
Hey Alex! Sorry you felt like a giveaway was a ripoff. The plan was to giveaway an entire sleeve of prov1s, but while packing orders, I realized I didn’t have an entire sleeve like I thought. Considering it was a giveaway & you didn’t purchase anything anyway, I thought sending one sampler pack would be better than sending you a sticker.
