Very bad packaging the card didn’t even have a sleeve and it was loose and bouncing in the envelope the envelope also had torn pieces and it was very dirty I hated my experience DO NOT ORDER FEOM THIS GUYHey — I’m really sorry to hear this. That’s not the experience I aim to provide.
Your card absolutely should have been sleeved and secured. I also use ding defender envelopes specifically to prevent this kind of issue, so I want to understand what went wrong here.
If the card arrived damaged, please message me directly with a photo and I’ll make it right with a refund.
I take packaging seriously and appreciate you calling this out so I can address it. 10/10 the shipping was fast and my son loved his cards thank you 🙏🏼
