I know it had bubble wrap and brown paper in the box so I’m just curious on what happened and how to improve. unfortunately the screw part onto of the lamp for the shade to stay on straight did not make it with the package. Hi, it was in the package. I made sure I had it in a separate wrapping so it wouldn’t get lost. Hopefully you still have the box and packaging so you can look again! Well packaged, and came quickly! Even cuter in person! Items were as expected. Due to poor packaging, the box arrived barely in tact and arrived 1 month after I purchased. Packaged very secure, all items arrived safely.
