I think it would help to pack neatly in the box so things don't melt in a crumpled mess. Also don't waste your money on ice packs as they melt long before packages arrive. I will buy again but not until the weather cools down alot. I understand this was the seller's first sale and thus first shipping. However, concerns about shipping chocolate in this heat were voiced multiple times. The seller assured it would be shipped with ice packs. Instead it was two VERY small cold packs which are very different from ice packs. It was also not shipped in a timely manner in deference to the heat so even if it had been ice packs I don't think it would have made much difference. Almost every item is now liquid after 5 DAYS in transit. A few items can be "saved" by freezing them but the majority is a complete loss. Now add that each item was just tossed in the box. No packing. One bag of M&Ms split open and spilled into the box. I regret this purchase. Will not purchase from this seller again and I do not recommend them. One more point of dissatisfaction is that during the live sale the seller promised to include extra items if the auction reached a certain price point. It did. The promised extras were not included. Product was in date and delivered with ice pack so when my order got delivered none of my items were melted Overall, we are happy with our Candy! They are sealed, in date, and great sizes! The only thing I didn’t like was some chocolate arrived melted, even with ice packs, and one pack was leaking. HOWEVER, I knew I ordered chocolate (and gummy’s) with HOT weather and I ordered right before Labor Day weekend, so an extra day of sitting wherever, after being shipped. I am still very happy, I knew the risks, and a good bit of the chocolates were fine.
