The eevee sealed promo had hella white marks on it. It wasn’t even in the top lodder all the way Thank you for your feedback, I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed. I want to clarify that the Eevee promo was sent factory sealed and placed in a top loader for extra protection. Due to the sealed packaging being slightly larger than a standard card, it did extend from the top loader, but the card itself remained untouched and secure.
