She was very sweet to me, reached out for help with selling, told me I was helpful and expressed a lot of appreciation. But she told me the Barbie dress I purchased was handmade by her and her grandmother. And when I found out she lied about making it by hand, she issued me a partial refund of 6 cents. Claims she didn’t mean to, but since it was 6 cents my only options were to accept .06 cents or return my entire order and wait for refund. My purchase was a bundle so even items I wanted to keep have to be returned. Horrible experience. I feel used and emotionally manipulated. Hi Violet, I apologize for my misrepresentation of my item. As we spoke about privately, I have a massive amount of Barbie clothing that I am going through and apologized for what I believed to be an item made during my childhood.
