Love to run into your shows! ❤️🌸🌸🌸 Extremely disappointed with this experience. Before purchasing, I confirmed both items would come with their box and cards. The seller assured me they would. One plush arrived with no box, and the other was poorly packed & missing the card. When I reached out, she apologized at first, but then told me to buy something else so she could include the card in that shipment. I shouldn’t have to spend more money to get what was already promised. I even offered to pay for postage so she could mail it in an envelope, but she kept delaying and changing her story — saying she’d look for it, was too busy, or hadn’t gone through her bins yet. After a month of follow-ups, she finally said she “really can’t.” If she had just been transparent from the start, I wouldn’t be this frustrated. As a collector who values completeness, this was really frustrating & misleading. I wish there had been more care & honesty in how the items were represented and shipped. I won’t be purchasing from this seller again Thank you for the great deal 🖤 Packaging was good, the only reason I put less than 5 stars is cause I did not get the card for one of the characters I got. Overall I’m still happy with my purchases :) fast and very nice seller ! Super fast shipping and I really enjoyed the stream! Great items at great deals!
