The packaging had a huge hole in it when it arrived. But I’m glad everything was still inside the package 📦. Probably double bag or get thicker packaging. Thank you lovely 💕 Just got em today tysm 🥰🫶🏻 they’re not authentic but I still love them thanks 🙏🏻 Fast Shipping! Loved my product.❤️ Love this seller and her items thank you so much I noticed the package wasn’t fully sealed, so when it arrived on a rainy day, it was muddy and the clothes were soaked :( She is an AMAZING seller. Everything I seen on the live was exactly the same way when I received it. I will definitely buy from her again. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 💕 Sydney you always have a lot of awesome stuff! Absolutely love my grabs. I have bought from you before and everything has been amazing! Also bought some things I never heard of! Love to run into your shows! ❤️🌸🌸🌸Genuinely means so much to hear that! Thank you so much. I’m not very big on here so I try the best I can 🩷 Extremely disappointed with this experience. Before purchasing, I confirmed both items would come with their box and cards. The seller assured me they would. One plush arrived with no box, and the other was poorly packed & missing the card. When I reached out, she apologized at first, but then told me to buy something else so she could include the card in that shipment. I shouldn’t have to spend more money to get what was already promised. I even offered to pay for postage so she could mail it in an envelope, but she kept delaying and changing her story — saying she’d look for it, was too busy, or hadn’t gone through her bins yet. After a month of follow-ups, she finally said she “really can’t.” If she had just been transparent from the start, I wouldn’t be this frustrated. As a collector who values completeness, this was really frustrating & misleading. I wish there had been more care & honesty in how the items were represented and shipped. I won’t be purchasing from this seller againSorry you felt this way. I did not have the cards with most the items I sell. I express that in my live streams. I work two jobs.. I am not a business I go live randomly to make extra money. Sorry there was miscommunication Thank you for the great deal 🖤 Packaging was good, the only reason I put less than 5 stars is cause I did not get the card for one of the characters I got. Overall I’m still happy with my purchases :) fast and very nice seller ! Super fast shipping and I really enjoyed the stream! Great items at great deals! Loved my Sziga carebears and my trio of tiny trinkets. Thank you sweetie! I definitely always check out your show! You have some great things in your collection! Super fast shipping. All products were perfect. Ty! /users%2F27915206%2Fstore%2F9e51b992-373d-41a9-8143-ea0bf5482bc7.jpeg)
