Reviews (566)These purses sold as Steve Madden are cheaply made especially the kisslock. I personally think they are bad quality dupes. The charm on the one purse is worth what I paid for the purse. I am truly disappointed. The item you purchased was brand new with tags. I take pride in what I sell and do not sell junk, just as I’m sure you don’t purchase junk. All sales are final, and I do not offer refunds. I understand your concerns, but there is a respectful way to communicate without being rude. Mutual respect is expected and appreciated. Bye the way did you cut the white plastic piece off of the purse so the kiss lock will close properly? I just watched the video and I see it on there. The leather on the back was in tiptop shape, but the inside pockets were absolutely disgustingly dirty. This was my first purchase for a used item. Maybe I just didn’t know what to expect, but I’ve heard other sellers say that they clean their product before sending it out. I thought that the seller would do for attempt to clean the item. Love my Coach bag, crossbody & wallet. Great show
