The entire process was smooth, and it’s clear the seller cares about making sure every order arrives in great shape. I’m really happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. But this time around, I was sent the wrong card. Mistakes happen. He sent me the card that was right before the one I bought that no one wanted, instead of the one I bought and wanted. The real issue is that I reached out to him multiple times and he never got back to me. Even waited for his stream to go live and he said he’d check his messages after. I figured reaching out to the streamer first before whatnot support would be fair. Still never heard back from him.
