Seller happy to refund which was lovely however have only received one refund and sent back two items. Seller then told me to chill and please stop whinging basically. I said I was simply trying to explain myself and advised she was being rude. She then blocked me. I am a paying customer and sent back the items as they were sold incorrectly which was fine but the block me and not know if my refund will come back is the most unprofessional service I’ve experienced. If I could give her zero I would, bless her daughter for being a great little girl. Her mother is not so nice.You don’t seem to understand that this process can’t happen as quickly as you’d like. I’ve done everything I can and followed all the steps, but I’m still waiting to hear back from support about the refund for your other item. As I’ve explained multiple times, you will receive your refund. And yes, I blocked you because I don’t want to deal with you again 👍 Fantastic sellers, everything was in great condition, highly recommend. Love the items great bargain
