And I’m sorry you received the incorrect item through my error. I will go through all messages this weekend and respond to any missed. I am aware it's the luck of the draw and I was probably just unlucky on this occasion. I have had to wash quite a few items, but on saying all that, I probably would consider buying again if I manage to make a profit on the items that I received. fab seller , sorted a tiny problem out which she really didn’t need to do ⭐️

Thank you for your purchases and support 🫶🏼 The some of the items was wet in the bags , and a lot have been used and washed Hi, with issues like these please inbox me first so they can be rectified outside of a review. I’m sorry some items were wet that must have happened during transportation. As stated there is always a chance of a small amount of customer returns as these boxes are direct from suppliers but 98% of boxes should be new items. I do ask my customers to contact me first if there are more than 6 unsellable items as I’m very fair and honest and will replace anything over 6 with new items. I’m glad you were happy with the majority of your box though and appreciate your custom 🫶🏼 Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and there were some lovely items included. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that I was expecting more variety, as the listing described a random selection of 60+ SHEIN clothing items. Over half of the box was swimwear, so it felt a little repetitive.
I also noticed quite a few items appeared to be customer returns, and unfortunately a few arrived with marks or dirt on them. I understand this can happen with mystery boxes.
Despite that, I still found some pieces I’ll definitely wear, and I appreciate the value for money. I’d happily buy again, but I’d love to see a better mix of clothing in future boxes.Thank you for your review, I am pleased that overall you were happy with your box. As these come direct from supplier the contents usually match the season, so during summer you do get a little more swimwear as it’s a big seller during this period. There is also, as stated, a chance of some customer returns, I do ask if you have more than 6 unsellable items to inbox me as I will replace anything over 6 items with new items.
