Loved all of my items, but seller forgot to put one thing in my box. Told me shipping was too high so she wouldn’t be sending it and to just ask for a refund. The right thing to do as the seller would be to send the item anyway and eat the $6 it costs to ship the item, unfortunately won’t be back. I am again apologizing for my mistake. The item was $5 and since I am a new seller and learning the ropes I would have hoped you showed me more grace. I see that I am now blocked on your account so not sure if you will see this response but it is astounding to me that you would take the time to post a negative review with your standing as a seller.
