Seller offered partial refund, which is fine, but not great. Even if the damage to the item is “just cosmetic” it totally defeats the purpose of buying something you thought was in 100% new in condition. Thank you for your feedback. The item was purchased with the cosmetic eye defect already present, and we provided a partial refund despite the condition being known at the time of sale.
