As required by LA law I am posting the following:James E. Johnson Jr.32059 Hickory Field Rd.Bush LA 70431HGT. 6'0" WGT. 305. HAIR: BROWN EYES: BLUEConvicted June 2020 La. RS 14:43.1 sexual battery. Now here is the rest of the story:Because of Covid I was denied my right to a speedy trial. My lawyers assured me the State had no case, but I was left with a choice, wait in jail for 2-3 years for trial or plead and get out in a few months. As my family was struggling and my mother dying of cancer, I plead to get out. My mother died 12-20-20 without seeing me again. On top of this is the FACT that not only was I NOT guilty, the crimes never even occurred. Those who know me KNOW that I would NEVER do this. The world is NOT fair or just,
