Perfect, everything arrived INCLUDING the two $1,000 plus cards that were pulled. F the haters! Unfortunately, I never received the skins I purchased. The seller did attempt to offer a refund and suggested doing a private stream to process it, which I was willing to do. However, I was never given an actual time or any additional information regarding when the private stream would take place.
The communication throughout this process was extremely frustrating and felt very one-sided. I had to repeatedly reach out and ask for updates, and when I did, I was given very limited information. I was simply told the private stream would be “tomorrow,” but no time or further details were provided, and I was never contacted with an update.
I understand that issues can happen with orders, but I believe clear and consistent communication is important, especially when resolving a problem and issuing a refund. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through made this experience very disappointing. ): Sorry for my delay, I’m only human 🥲 but I do resend at my cost, completely free to you out of my kindness, I’m not obligated, but I always and mean always help out who shops with me🙂 tysm for my cubone cc skin.
